Dispute Resolution

At FUTAROKU, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair customer experience. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to a purchase, user account, or use of our services, the following resolution process shall apply:

1. Customer Support First:
Customers must first contact our customer service team at contact.en@futaroku.gg for assistance. We aim to respond to all inquiries and complaints within 7 business days. We encourage open and sincere communication to resolve issues quickly and amicably.

2. Arbitration:
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both the customer and FUTAROKU agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration in Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) or another recognized arbitration body in Japan.

  • Arbitration proceedings may be conducted in Japanese or English, depending on the decision of the arbitrator(s).

  • The decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and legally binding on both parties.

  • Customers acknowledge that, by agreeing to arbitration, they waive the right to litigate in court (except as provided below), including the right to a jury trial.

3. Jurisdiction (Subsidiary Clause):
If arbitration is not enforceable or applicable under local laws, any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan.

  • These terms and the resolution of any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to transactions conducted via our services.

4. Account and Service-related Disputes:
In accordance with our terms of service, if a user engages in activity deemed inappropriate (e.g., providing false information during registration, violating our usage policies, or interfering with the operation of the service), FUTAROKU reserves the right to restrict access, suspend service, or cancel purchases. These actions may be taken without prior notice, and disputes arising from such actions will follow the same dispute resolution process outlined here.

5. Legal Fees:
Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs related to the dispute resolution process, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator(s) or by applicable law.
